Which classes do you support? Which curriculum?

Goblins is ready to go for Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Precalculus, 7th and 8th Grade Math, and IM 1 and 2. We’re hard at work on supporting more classes.

Our curriculum was developed in-house but is most similar to Illustrative Math, and is fully standards-aligned.

How does Goblins handle privacy and security, and is their policy compliant with my district?

Goblins is fully FERPA and COPPA-compliant (as well as GDPR-compliant), and also compliant with all 50 US states’ policies. The only data it stores is related to in-app performance, and this is shared exclusively with the teacher.

Goblins also uses gold-standard security protocols in how it relays and stores user data.

How hard is it to get set up?

It takes 10 minutes to make an account, select a topic, and send your students an access code and their download links.

Does it work on all devices?

Yes, Goblins works on all iPhones and Android phones and tablets, and we also support a web experience for Chromebook and other laptops and desktops.

What if students get off track on their devices?

We’ll alert you in real-time when students close the app so you can know when students get off track.

Can I see students’ performance?

Yep! You can watch them work live from the teacher view, and we’ll create a digest at the top to see who is struggling the most, and with which concepts, so you have all the info you need to know where to intervene.
